Can HR or managers see what employees talk about?

No. Conversations, mood logs, and therapy notes are end-to-end encrypted and never exposed to your organization — not in any dashboard, export, or report. People & Culture only ever sees department-level aggregates with a minimum cohort of 8 before any chart renders.

What happens when an employee is in crisis?

Our care team — trained crisis responders and clinical psychologists — picks up the conversation in-app, in the same thread, 24×7. Median pickup is under two minutes. We never redirect employees out of the app to a third-party helpline; the conversation flows directly to a human on our team.

How long does rollout take?

Under two weeks for most companies. SSO + SCIM means invites go out automatically once your IT team approves the connection. We provide HR comms templates, a launch webinar, and an onboarding checklist tuned to your headcount and industry.

How do you measure ROI?

Three axes: utilization (active users vs seat count), sentiment lift (org & department mood index over time), and operational impact (estimated sick days avoided, attrition reduction, reduced claims on group health plans). Your CSM reviews these quarterly.
